Sy, Jr. was awarded the 2024 PropertyGuru Icon Award at the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok. The award coincides with significant milestones: the 100th birth anniversary of Henry Sy Sr., the late business magnate and founder of the SM Group, and SMDC’s 20th anniversary.
